Trusted by agents from brokerages like these.
The neighborhood already noticed. Nothing you've tried has reached them.
Mailers, an overseas VA, or calling the block yourself — the usual options either underperform or eat your whole day.
One listing is already a reason for the whole street to talk. You just need a way to make the calls.
Mailers
Even sent like clockwork, postcards convert under 3% — and the printing, design, and postage add up every time you send another round.
Overseas VA
Cheap labor, but it shows on the call. An accent costs trust in the first sentence, and even trained callers are trained to read — not to sell.
Do it yourself
Calling the block yourself eats a full workday — time that's worth more spent with the leads already in your pipeline, ready to close.
The moment you press send, a mile of your farm hears it.
New listing, status update, or a closed deal — we call everyone within a mile to share the news and surface who's paying attention.

We call within a mile
Every home in a mile radius gets a real call, the moment you send it.
The neighborhood hears it first
Not a glance at a sign — an actual conversation, in your name.
Your pipeline grows
New contacts, new conversations, more opportunities from the same listing.
Every round of calls, recapped in your inbox.
The moment a batch of calls wraps, you get the numbers — no need to log in and check.

🔥 New hot lead — 118 Birch Ln asked about pricing. Call them back first.
Updated at least three times, not once.
We call your farm again at Under Contract and Sold, not just at the start — turning one listing into three chances to be remembered.
Three calls. Three chances for the block to hear your name.
Listen back to exactly what was said.
Every call is recorded — so you can hear the tone, the objection, or the interest for yourself.

Questions, answered.
Everything agents ask before sending their first update.
How does Community Update actually call my neighbors?
You send an update from your dashboard or a text link, and our AI voice agent calls every number in your farm within minutes, announcing the listing, status change, or sale — just like a real assistant working your neighborhood by phone.
Is this legal — do neighbors have to consent to the call?
Calls go out to your existing farm list under the same rules that apply to an agent calling their own neighborhood — no robocall blasts to purchased or cold lists. We screen against the national Do Not Call registry and keep every call short, identified, and easy to opt out of.
Are the numbers local?
Yes — we use localized numbers per your farm and where you're calling, so it shows up as a familiar area code instead of an out-of-state or toll-free number.
What happens if someone doesn't pick up?
No missed-call chasing on your end — we log it, and you can see exactly who answered, who didn't, and who asked a question, all from the dashboard.
Can I customize what the call says?
Yes. The address, price, and milestone are pulled straight from what you enter, and you can adjust the script's tone before it goes out — every call still sounds like a real person, not a recording.
Do I need an account to send an update?
No — we notify you through text and email as well, so you can see how the update went without having to log in anywhere.
How fast after I submit a listing do the calls go out?
Most campaigns start dialing within minutes of submission. For a Three-Touch Update, the next two touches are scheduled automatically as the listing moves to under contract and sold.
Can I cancel or pause a campaign?
There's no contract or subscription — you pay per update or per campaign, so you can stop, restart, or come back for the next listing whenever you want.
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Community Update (the "Service"), which places outbound phone calls to a contact list you provide when a real estate listing you manage reaches a milestone. By submitting a campaign, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service Does
Community Update calls the phone numbers in a list you provide — your "farm" or sphere — to announce a listing event: a new listing, a status change, or a sale. Calls are placed using information you submit, including the listing address, price, and milestone.
2. AI-Generated Calls
Calls placed through the Service use an AI-generated voice, not a live human caller and not a recording of you. We do not pretend the call is coming from you personally — every call makes clear that it's calling on behalf of your listing. You may not use the Service to misrepresent a call as coming directly from you or another live person.
3. Your Contact Lists & Consent
You are solely responsible for the contact list you upload or submit. By starting a campaign, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the legal right to use the list you provide;
- Every number on the list belongs to your own farm, sphere, or an area you are authorized to contact;
- You have any consent required by law to place an automated or prerecorded call to those numbers; and
- The list does not include numbers on a Do Not Call registry that you are not otherwise permitted to contact.
Community Update screens against the national Do Not Call registry as a courtesy, but we do not verify consent on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any consent required to contact the people on your list, and you agree to indemnify and hold Community Update harmless from any claim, fine, or liability arising from a contact list you submitted, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar state or federal calling laws.
4. Ownership of Your Leads & Data
Any lead, contact response, or piece of information generated by a campaign you run — including who answered, who asked a question, and the substance of that interest — belongs to you, not to Community Update. We do not claim ownership over your farm list, your leads, or the outcomes of your campaigns, and we do not use them for our own marketing, resell them, or share them with any other customer.
We act only as the service provider that places the calls and reports the results back to you. See our Privacy Policy for how long we retain campaign data and how you can request its deletion.
5. Payment & Pricing
Basic Update and Three-Touch Update are billed per update or per campaign — there is no subscription and no long-term contract. You can stop, restart, or come back for a new listing at any time. Teams pricing is agreed separately in writing before service begins. Prices shown on the site apply to new campaigns and may change going forward; any campaign you've already paid for is honored at the price you paid.
6. Refund Policy
All campaigns are billed at the time you submit them. Once an update or campaign has been purchased, it is final and non-refundable — this includes each touch of a Three-Touch Update. We do not issue refunds or credits for calls that go unanswered, for leads that don't convert, or because a listing sold faster or slower than expected.
As described in Section 7 below, Community Update does not guarantee any specific outcome from a campaign — including how many calls will be answered, how many leads will be generated, or whether a campaign will result in a sale. You are purchasing the calling campaign itself, not a guaranteed result.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to contact a list you don't have the right to contact, to harass or deceive call recipients, to misrepresent a listing's price or status, or to run campaigns outside a defined neighborhood or farm (for example, purchased cold-call lists or mass unrelated blasts). We reserve the right to pause, cancel, or decline any campaign that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any specific number of calls will be answered, that any lead will result in a sale, or that call delivery will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Community Update's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to that claim.
9. Termination
Because campaigns are pay-per-use, there is nothing to cancel between campaigns. We may suspend or refuse service to any account that violates these Terms, misuses the Service, or submits a contact list in violation of Section 3.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Community Update collects when you use the Service, why we collect it, and how you can control it. "We" collect data — this policy describes exactly what that means in practice. By submitting an update, you agree to this policy as well.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your name, email, phone number, and brokerage or team details.
- Campaign information — the listing address, price, milestone, and script details you submit for an update.
- Contact list information — the farm list or phone numbers you provide so calls can be placed.
- Call outcome data — whether a call was answered, call recordings, and transcripts of the conversation, so results can be shown on your dashboard.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Usage data — basic technical information (like device and browser type) when you use the dashboard.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to place the calls you request, show you accurate results on your dashboard, provide customer support, process payment for campaigns, and improve the reliability of the Service. We do not use your farm list or contact information for any purpose beyond delivering the campaign you started.
3. Call Recordings & Transcripts
Calls placed through the Service may be recorded and transcribed so you can review how a conversation went. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are visible only to your account — we do not share them with any other customer, and we do not use them to train models on your behalf without your permission.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data or your farm list. We share information only with the service providers required to operate Community Update — for example, telephony providers who place the calls and a payment processor who handles billing — and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function. We do not share your contact lists, leads, or call data with other customers or with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain campaign data — including your farm list, call recordings, and transcripts — for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the dashboard history for your campaigns. We don't hold onto your data any longer than that: you can request deletion of your account data, including stored recordings and contact lists, at any time by contacting support, and we will remove it except where we're required to keep limited records for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your account, your farm lists, and your call data protected.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
9. Contact Us
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests to access or delete your data, can be sent to support@communityupdate.ai.
